Our brand is French. We ship directly from our laboratories in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Asia.

Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

Your items are delivered via your local post office, according to the terms and conditions of your local post office.

What happens if nobody's home?

Your parcel will be delivered directly to the post office closest to your home.

I've entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Don't panic, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

My order is missing some items. Where are they?

We work with several laboratories, so when you place an order, each warehouse is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you'll receive 5 different packages, which may arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 package.

How do I apply my promotion code?

Once you have done this, validate your selection by clicking on "Payment". The payment page will open and you'll be able to take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount.Example: A promotion is available on the site "Buy Product A, get Product B free" with the code "PROMO". I select Product A and Product B from a predefined selection of items. Both items are now in my basket, and I can click on the "Payment" button and enter my "PROMO" code in the next step.
