Products are shipped regularly within a maximum of 48 hours after your order.

In general, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking the "View My Order" link. You can find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: Tracking information typically becomes available approximately 4 days after shipping.

Upon completing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, followed by a second email indicating the shipment of your order.

Please monitor your order's tracking status, as it might be awaiting pickup at the post office even if you haven't received a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Important to know: The post office holds your package for 15 days. Beyond this period, if unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. You may then be required to cover the cost for reshipping your order.

When placing an order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it through our contact form in the relevant section. After this timeframe, a refund can only be processed upon the complete reception of your order at our facilities.
